Preparation:
PLAN FOR THE NOISE - There will be hammering during most phases of your re-roofing project. Plan your schedule accordingly.
WE NEED ACCESS - To your roof via the driveway, in most cases. Please park vehicles out of this area while work is in progress and for delivery of materials.
REMOVE LOOSELY HUNG ITEMS - From the walls and bring in any items around the eaves of the house that could be damaged by falling shingles.
PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AND PETS - Away from work area.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR RE-DECKS - Have your belongings stored in the attic covered. Wood shingles and splinters may fall into the attic during tear-off of old roofing.
